Another Module!

Holy maaaa, Endocrine has finished and another module (reproductive system) has started. and there's only 1 month to exam. yayy.
haven't even started reading GI -.- so screwed.
So damn stressed =_=
exam in early july, cello exam on 1st August, need to sit for IELTS asap as well because the due is on 18th July, with individual band score 7.5

Cello, haiz, im trying to practice everyday. i just started to learn the third song very recently (like 2 weeks ago), i think it's okay already but im so not used to do vibrato. wanna cry. and scales, i might just die again. Hate scales.

IELTS, stupid english test. Expired every 2 years. bluhhh. and stupid IMU has just announced it like last week too. wtf. hate this English test. i hate English test. I'm so worried about my speaking test and writing test. Writing maybe still okay since i actually scored last time, just the speaking test la. i got only band 6.5 last time. They ask stupid question and want you to describe something. I still remember the question i got last time was "Describe your childhood." LOL, in that 1 minute 'thinking time', all in my head was "I don't remember." HAHAHAH

siensss.

Damn stressed damn stressed.
People needs to stop pissing me off for this one whole month especially you (typical girl from *xx) im gonna be VERY BUSY AND VERY HOT TEMPERED AND VERY IMPATIENT AND .... I MIGHT KILL YOU?
I hate myself being like this. argh. sien.
STUPID IMU.

Again, no break after exam in july, will start semester 4 straightaway. WTF?

there's a problem with my cello 2 days back. the bridge kept on popping out.
whats wrong with you babe? please behave on the exam day, please.... ><
i damn scare if the bridge pop out or break the string again on the actual exam then i mmg GG.com already. buy a new cello for this exam but ended up wasting the registration fee because of my new cello? no man.....

i think i've gave up trying to put off weight. it seems like my weight is so fixed at 48-49kg (or even 50 sometimes). fine.. lol
the lightest i've been in recent years was also 46.5kg. A Level time HAHA
now i just want to be less fleshy. LOL
too much adipose tissue. sedentary lifestyle since i got out of TCSH. *cry at the corner

Trying to cut carbs this week but i broke it last night and for today's lunch. so much guilt but so much yumss T^T
okay, im gonna be strict again tmrw.

IMU gives us shitty timetable because they keep getting MORE and MORE people into the uni but there's no enough lecture halls to accommodate all of us. So we are having lectures until 7pm. lols.

And they have reinforced the formal dress code in uni. No more casual wear eventhough you don't have class. You need to dress formal even if you're just going to the library to study or to buy food at cafeteria. THIS. IS. SO. BRILLIANT! come i clap for you :)

YAY IMU! i hope you bankrupt right after my batch graduated.

Also, as time passes, especially when we're getting the IELTS ready for PMS transferring purpose, mixed up feeling is mandatory, right? Happy, Excited, worried and sad.

Japan Season 2 Ep 05 : Meeting the Gundam!

(2/4/2014)
The day we met Gundam. a life. size. Gundam.

It was another day to be independent. Sister had class on that day so we were on our own.
Going to Odaiba お台場 , a man made island in Tokyo.
By just looking at the subway map, we know it's so farrrrr away so we left the house early.

our ootd at the Chofu station while my mom is in the washroom. Everyone's wrapped up nicely because weather forecast proposed that it will be cold that day, at 0-2 degree, and there'll be rain around 10am and snow in the afternoon.

#1 rule to survive in Japan : Weather forecast proposed snow, you prepare for the snow.

so we needed to travel to the 'Tokyo Teleport' station, which the Rinkai Line was kind of messed up and no proper info at the exchange station. WE WERE LOST.
then i went to the station officer and asked, he is so cute and handsome (awww really, like the boys in anime). But his English is bad. he doesn't even know how to say '5'. he said 'platform GOH' showing his 5 fingers. i was like, you know the word platform but you don't know what is five? LOL why do i keep on commenting on other's English while me myself don't actually speak a proper one. hahahahha! i shall keep it to myself :)

Anddd we finally arrived at the teleport station. there's not many people riding the Rinkai Line tho, so there's even fewer people at the station. We were looking for which exit we should take without knowing what was waiting for us out there. . . .

decided to go Palette Town first. it's where the colorful Ferris wheel (Daikanransha) is.
so we moved up from the underground station and BAMM!

strong wind and heavy rain out there just hit right at our face once we surfaced. (lol) i started to shiver liao. The wind was so strong that our umbrellas gone out of shape. We just ran all the way to the opposite side to the Palette Town. and we had trouble looking for the entrance -_- so we simply went through one door. We just needed to go indoor.

That we accidentally went into the Toyota Mega Web. Dad got so excited lol seeing all the latest model for Toyota cars. He kept on saying 'See this new Harrier so nice.' spent some time to look around and spot this very nice car. (because it's blue) and it's nice also mah :3 righttt..

Crown Majesta.
alot of Crown cars on the road in japan but i've never seen one here. This one 2.4 and it costs only around rm100k after conversion. before tax, obviously. hahahha! Other Crown cars are very nice also. but i super love this. so classy and spacious inside.
this is a rather affordable dream car for me, compared to Z4/R8/Lexus 350GS hahaha

After that we realized we couldn't just stay here for one whole day. so we braced ourselves because we are going out again!!! ---- To the Palette Town just next door.

Palettle Town is basically a shopping place. not a very big mall but their interior is interesting =)

Dad told us that this is the same thing like XXX mall in Las Vegas (or LA i forgot). he said the one in USA was way bigger and nicer. but for me, this is enough to get me excited.
such blue sky.

In their Lego store. so cooooooool why i can't do this? :(

ah! Ultraman! =D

at the concourse. (where my dad actually took some selfies again here)

well i admit im getting a little bit lazy to continue writing. but i promised myself i will, even if people think this is boring. hahahha.

We went outdoor again since we were not there to shop.
trying to look for the Gundam, cause they said it's huge, so i thought i'll be able to see it across the roads from Palette Town. but well, we couldn't see it. (eventually it's at the blocked by the Diver City from our view)

Again, it was still raining, we rocket-mode to Diver city and entered through it's backdoor or sidedoor lol

brother got excited seeing his initials
nehhhh

I was trying to find where is the Gundam, but daddy started to complain that he hungry liao -.-
So we had our lunch at their food court.

went to japan eat bibimbap =P

we also ordered some gyoza. when i went to pick up the guy asked me whether i would like some spices, i said yes. Then he gave me this big plate of spice.
i TOTALLY BOOM
even smaller than the nails. hahahah dad said macam 'bei xi' XDXD

**there's wifi connection at the food court :D

so the main entrance of Diver City is just beside the food court. and that's where the gundam standing.
i never expected it to be this huge. lol
Any Gundam fans here?
Was surfing online and realized there's a <Gundam Comes to Life> show at 12pm, 3pm and 5pm everyday.
it was almost 3pm so we stayed and waited to see how it comes to life.

it's a disappointing one. some flashing LED lights on the Gundam, and it moves the head left-right-left-right. i was thinking at least move your fist or arm? well it didn't happen hahahah
However i read reviews saying that the show is more interesting at night (5pm in winter is dark enough already)

DAMN SO DISAPPOINTING RIGHT :(

dai dai wanna take alot of pictures. my poor brother had to take off his gloves to take picture for me because the phone screen tak boleh sensor ohh XDXD
and btw, it started to snow already.

this is how my brother looks like throughout the day. so damn cold......

my brother is annoying. he likes to hold the dslr but when it's cold, he doesn't want to use it. what's your problem? then didn't charge the camera's battery. hate him for always acting like a pro but take 1000 out-focused photos. yes, most of the photos that day were taken using phones. pfft.

okay. after Gundam went back to stone, it's time for us to run again.
Our main purpose to Odaiba today was to visit the Trick Art Museum. but we've spent so much time staying indoor doing nothing :)

The Trick Art museum is in the shopping mall called Decks, but haha, we went to the wrong place as we didn't know where. In the heavy snow We went into Aquacity instead and asked the receptionist. Once we stepped into Aquacity, dad was attracted to cafe. he said, 'Come let's have a cup of hot coffee first.' LOL, so, we spent some time in Starbucks.

Wah, i want to talk about this stupid Starbucks.
I ordered 3 drinks at the counter, then i asked for receipt from the cashier, she said no need. so i proceeded to the pick up counter. At the pick up counter the barista was calling my drinks so i went forward. she then spoke to me in Japanese. i shook my head. Then she said "Receipt."
okay. so i told her i have no receipt with me. Again she said, "Receipt."
i said, "No receipt, the cashier didn't give me."
"Receipt."
What the fuck. i really got pissed with her "Receipt." man. i pointed to the cashier and i walked to the cashier, asked her for my receipt. Then the cashier confirmed with the stupid receipt barista.
whaddafaq you're working at a tourist attraction and all you know is "Receipt". don't know how to solve problem also wth. not even a 'please.'

After a few moments in starbucks i told my dad the Statue of liberty is here!

it was so cold that my dad couldn't close his mouth and breath properly hahahha

i did that first. copy cat brother

i have umbrella!

selfie with dad :
(i) he blocked the statue with his umbrella HAHAHA but so handsome
(ii) he's looking blur hor

haven't seen a picture of my mom in this post? hahaha
because most of the time she's struggling with the cold weather and she tried to stay indoor whenever its possible.
but here's one picture of us la while we were heading to the decks.

didn't realize the bears were tearing. it is a message about global warming. but we were smiling like !@#$^^* at the side. HAHA LOL

Trick Art Museum Odaiba, 3D effects on a 2D illusions
My dad is super excited once he get into the museum man. he was so sporting and had taken picture with each and every illusion there. he posed very nicely even if its difficult, just to make the photos make sense. shall we give him an award? hahahha!

bf got me some koala bears from Australia.
the lightning here made it unreal. ngiek

save me!

haha this is a difficult one. don't know how should we pose to make it make sense. lol

no one can hurt me. my kung-fu level is 9846792

my mom was supposed to look gigantic but erm...my dad is not small too....

ini jugak. what happened? the museum failed? hahahaha

im the giantttttt im so gonna win

the reflection

look at his tummy. hahahah

last but not least.....RUN!!

alot more. spent an hour+ inside. At the exit counter where my dad was getting back his deposited bag, there's a fake 10000 yen on the floor and my dad bent down trying to pick it up. HAHAHA!! it was so real.

it's interesting, after all. yeahh

hmm, around 6pm as we left the museum. hahaha plan failed man. we planned to leave at 4pm and then go shopping at Harajuku geh...but we're so late..i was afraid that by the time we reach Harajuku all the shops closed liao loooo

but still we went. HAHA! because we needed to have our dinner anyways and Harajuku has plenty of choices :)
Reached Harajuku around 7.45pm and we walked walked around. Saw a Burberry store and the board out there stated that it closes at 8pm. but we don't care we still walk in although it's 7.55pm already. LOL
Dad and brother quickly went upstairs to check out their clothes while my mum and i stayed downstairs looking at the handbag i have been wanting for so long. (Burberry is cheap in Japan) In just 10mins we paid for the bag and we ciao. the sales assistant was trying to promote the purse and perfume but in a way that you wouldn't get annoyed. They will just show you, explain a little, and then leave you alone with your family. hahahah Not like those aggressive one makes me just wanna run away. lol

We also went into Zara . spotted a few nice pieces but i bought only a jumpsuit costs 1690 yen. my dad got himself a t-shirt costs only 690 yen. and he was like, "wah, 6.90 only. so cheap. haha!" he was joking as he thinks that we shouldn't keep on converting to see how much we're paying for something when we're overseas, especially in Japan. everything is expensive. but this is one exception. his tshirt is only rm25 hhahah

Everyone's hungry. Had dinner at McDonald's. Brother was urging to eat a pork burger, McPork or something. but in Japan, there's NO pork burgers in McD. they tried to sell it once, but perhaps the sales wasn't good so they retracted? Sad brother.

instead of McChicken, they have this Chicken Filet-O.
omgard so good. a bit thicker than usual McChicken

***There's no chilli sauce available. any mcd in japan. lol

It was a really tiring, cold, lazy but fun day! adventurous too as it sounds.

Japan Season 2 Ep 04 : TOKYO

(2/3/14)
Well so, this is not a very interesting day. ==> this is a boring post
what we did was just, traveling back to Tokyo from Osaka.

haha, yeah. but without my sister. she headed back to Tokyo earlier in the morning because she had to submit her lab report. she caught the 6am+ train. and yay, i can have 2 more hours good sleep without the blanket stealer. hahaha!

we then left the hotel around 10am, after having the snacks we bought last night as light breakfast. we were just taking our own sweet time.

We had to be the independent travelers this time. We took the local subway to Shin-Osaka and hmm, looking for the Shinkansen ticketing counter. We found one, it looks more like a tourist agency. so we were hesitating for a minute. then my dad and i were like, screw it, just go in.

We communicated in English, and the officer straightaway take out some papers and pen. He asked simple question like where to? we said tokyo, then he'll write 'Tokyo' on the paper to confirm with us. then he wrote "大,小" (literally means big and small.. means adult & children) it's so cute hahahah! after that he took out a few sheets of printed papers. there's a long list of phrases translated into English & Chinese. like 'Aisle', 'Window seat', 'Full', 'non-smoking' etc.

It obviously makes everyone's life easier. better than guessing what the other one is saying, and might get it wrong. 1 like. the officer himself is very cute and friendly although he looks fierce when we were queuing up. LOL

Brother grabbed a Densha-bento before boarding. i also went to the store to buy the Hojicha flavored kit-kat for Rou Zyn as she requested. haha. the hojicha one was nice. it's really has that Hojicha flavor and not as sweet as the matcha one.

yum yums. sorry, didn't know it was nice so we only bought a few bars for testing.

brother's bento.
the chicken tastes like Mcd's Nugger, and the mayonnaise makes it taste like Filet-O-Fish LOL

we traveled in a not-so-bullet-speed for about 2hours and arrived at Shinjuku 新宿 around 1pm.
1pm ? Lunch time¬!! Sister drew a map and sent to my hp. so we followed the map to located the most famous ramen restaurant in Japan -- Ichiran Ramen 一兰拉面

Shinjuku's branch is quite near to the station. but Shinjuku station is a very HUGE station. you have to get to the right Exit lol. Even if you dont, walk out of the station, look up for the huge branding/sign board of TOPSHOP. then walk along the streets and find it on your right.

Shinjuku is also a very good place to shop till you drop. Their top shop, Forever 21, H&M Zara etc are having their own single building of at least 3 floors. also those local brands..

it's their interesting design. because in Japan, it's very common to see solo eater. and the boards are to give the customers some privacy lol. (it can be folded as well)

You walk into the restaurant, you'll see a vending machine, press on the things you want. They only serve a few items so dont worry, Choose whether you want a large or regular bowl of noodle, any add on like the eggs etc, then pay the vending machine and collect your tickets.

The staffs will then hand you an 'ordering form' to fill in. You can customize your noodles!
Choose your preferred spiciness, softness of noodles, amount of onions, soup's thickness...

After filling up the sheet they will lead you to your seat, place your 'ordering form' in front and the kitchen human will collect it and prepare your noodles.

chose a medium thickness of soup + slightly hard noodles.
(thickness of soup almost equal to saltiness, so watch out!)
yummy, but i think i prefer a softer noodle :D hahahhaha! people who knows me will understand. why do i love taufu? because im lazy to chew :P

After eating we then take our own sweet time to travel back to my sister's apartment.
We reached her apartment around 4pm and she wasn't home. Just hanging around in her house.... mom washing the clothes, unpacking and packing up...

We got bored and thought maybe we can visit her university.
So she screenshot the map and yeah. we showered and got out of the house.

but i screwed up. HAHAHA! instead of turning left we turned right. so we were late and sister got angry XD
Finally we reached her university (Univerisity of Electro-Communication 電気通信大学) after a 20mins delay. ngiek =P
walked around in the campus and took a washroom selfie.
now i miss the long long fringe. Do you still call them a fringe when they are long? no? thne front hair?

the campus is so nice. So 'Campus-ish'. different blocks, and there's gardens, flowers..people cycling here and there. Haiz, I just never get to experience that kind of campus until now. TCSH was a office block, IMU is a shopping complex. both got no outdoor! yay! (main reason i hate this two campuses)

Chilled for a while sitting at the garden, and thinking what to eat. Sister was planning to bring us to have kaiten-sushi, but then we were late and she's kind of lazy too. So we just settled around her uni area. There's a shopping mall where my sister works part time and hypermarket nearby. just across the road.

Unagi rice as dinner~ so delicious and it's just ~RM25 for the big one.

yeah, my brother had the small bowl one.

i love unagi so i got the big one :D
but i gave my brother some rice. look back at his pic and you'll see his unagi was buried down there. hahahahha

good thing about eating unagi rice in japan, they have free flow sauce for ur unagi. but i think not all the restaurants have it.

Went to the Seiyu hypermarket after dinner. to stock in some food and mom wanted to buy japanese rice.
Their orange. SO BIG.

THIS BIG.

their apples are bigger too compared to those we normally see in msia. lol.
but why their people are smaller? hahaahha! =P

the ootd photo :
i didn't wear the inner heat-tech, just the long sleeve + shorts + outer jacket.
because i had a bet with my brother after we saw someone jogging in his shorts LOL
so i walked out just like that like a siao po. HAHAHA

Sister carrying a packet of rice. hahahaha this photo. so much love :P

So it's the end of the day liao.
boring lehhhhh
